Welcome to The Bharat Easy POS ( Powered By The Bharat Easy Solution). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our POS application (“App” or “Service”). By using our App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App immediately.

• Unexpected outages due to internet or third-party service providers.
• Data loss caused by external factors like device issues, viruses, or accidental deletion.
• Business interruptions during rare downtime or technical maintenance.

While we limit our liability in these areas, our team is committed to supporting you and restoring services quickly whenever issues arise. We also recommend keeping regular backups of your important business data for extra safety.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and courts in Siwan, Bihar will have exclusive jurisdiction.
